This is a plain-language notice, not legal advice.

LobbyExpress is a static publication. There is no user account, no login and no sign-up required to read anything on this site.

We do not operate any tracking pixels, and we do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect any directly. This site does not currently run analytics of any kind. If we add privacy-respecting, aggregate web analytics (the kind that does not use cookies or build an individual profile of visitors) in future, we will update this notice before that happens.

If you email us, we hold that email only for the purpose of answering it or acting on a correction or advertising enquiry.

This notice covers what the site does today. If that changes — for example, if we add advertising that sets cookies — we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
