About LobbyExpress

LobbyExpress is the trade magazine for visitor and facility management. It covers the software and hardware that sit at the front door of organisations and the facilities operations behind it: visitor management systems, reception kiosks, contractor compliance tools, workplace platforms and the access control systems they connect to.

It exists because this market is unusually hard to research. There are close to a hundred products, they are sold under names that change with each acquisition, and most comparison content is written by the vendors themselves.

We publish:

• A vendor directory — every product we can identify, with structured facts you can filter and compare. At launch, most entries are directory-grade listings built from public sources, not full write-ups; we are working through them into full profiles.
• Guides and analysis — how to run a procurement, what the categories actually mean, and where the market is moving. This is starting small and growing from here.

Full vendor profiles — what a product is, who it suits, and where it is weak — are in progress. Each directory entry says whether it is a stub or a full profile.

We do not sell leads and we do not rank products for payment. How we work is set out in our editorial policy.

Trademarks

Vendor names, product names and logos shown on LobbyExpress are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them here only to identify the products we cover in editorial coverage — a directory entry or a mention in an article is not an endorsement, and it does not imply that a vendor sponsors, approves of or is affiliated with LobbyExpress.

Where we display a vendor’s logo, it is a real asset taken from that vendor’s own published brand, press or media kit, used within the terms that kit stated. Most directory entries still show a plain generated initial mark instead of a logo — that is a fallback for products we have not yet sourced a usable asset for, not a comment on the vendor.
